These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and our mobile application (the “App”), which connects HVAC technicians with local suppliers for booking appointments, checking refrigerant prices, viewing promotions, and more.
By accessing or using the Site or App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the App or Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Accounts
You may register either as:
- A Technician, to view suppliers, refrigerant pricing, forum content, and make bookings.
- A Supplier, to manage business listings, set availability, run promotions, and connect with technicians.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Suppliers may purchase subscriptions (monthly or annual) to unlock features such as visibility in search, advertising promotions, or online booking functionality. All fees are non-refundable, even if promotions are paused or deleted early.
4. Promotions
Promotions are visible to technicians based on radius, time, and activity status. You agree not to submit misleading or false promotional content. Paused promotions preserve remaining time, but no refund is issued upon early deletion.
5. Content Usage
By submitting any content (e.g., forum replies, reviews, supplier descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content on our platform.
You agree not to post:
- Offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
- Fake or misleading supplier listings or forum posts
- Malware or malicious links
6. Location Data
The App uses your location to show suppliers nearby and relevant promotions. You must consent to location access to use core features. Location is only used during active app usage and not stored long-term.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and technology used in the App and Site, including branding, logos, layouts, and functionality, are owned by Decodation LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Contactor is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of supplier data, promotions, or pricing. You use the service at your own risk.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from:
- Booking issues or supplier delays
- Inaccurate information
- Technical issues or outages
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraud.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or app notification.
