I’m not a developer or a startup guru.
I’m just an HVAC technician with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in the field.

For years, I dreamed of having a simple, smart tool designed specifically for technicians — a tool that truly understands our everyday pain points:
• Running across town searching for a nearby supplier
• Waiting 2–3 hours in line during peak season just to grab a single capacitor or contactor
• Wasting time and losing income because of outdated paper systems and lack of coordination

I’ve stood in those long lines — hungry, tired, holding a paper number from the spinning ticket dispenser, just hoping to finally be called.

I thought: Why hasn’t anyone created a modern solution for this?

I waited for years, thinking someone else would do it.
But it never happened.

So I decided to take the leap, fund it myself, and build something for all of us — technicians and suppliers alike.

Contactor was born out of real-life frustration — and the desire to make our jobs easier.

With Contactor, I wanted to create an app that:

• Shows you local suppliers on the map wherever you are
• Lets suppliers set appointment windows, so technicians can avoid long lines
• Offers tools, reminders, calculators, and helpful documents right in your pocket
• Gives suppliers more visibility and technicians more freedom and speed

This is not just an app — it’s a practical solution designed by someone who’s been there.
